Peru Rutas Del Inca

Peru Rutas Del Inca is one of those rare coffees that invites you back, cup after cup. Sourced from smallholder farms in Cajamarca and roasted by Atlanta's Dancing Goats Coffee, this fully washed Peruvian offers a beautiful balance of crisp fruit and gentle sweetness—the kind of coffee that works as well in your morning routine as it does as an afternoon pick-me-up.

Tasting Notes

Expect bright, clean flavors: pink lady apple and grapefruit on the front, finishing with honeyed graham cracker sweetness. The body is medium and silky, with a refreshing acidity that never tips into sharpness. Each sip reveals subtle layers—sometimes more citrus, sometimes more honey—making it a coffee you can return to without fatigue. It's consistent, inviting, and remarkably food-friendly.

Brew Methods

This coffee shines across methods. Pour over (V60, Chemex) highlights its clarity and bright fruit notes. French press brings out more body and the graham cracker sweetness. It also pulls beautifully as espresso—balanced and approachable, with enough acidity to cut through milk in a cappuccino or flat white. If you're looking for one bag to cover all your brewing bases, this is it.
