Shattered Pattern Stone Circle

A moment when an old pattern shatters.
Even the smallest change can stir resistance.

But when a deep pattern breaks apart—when the familiar structure dissolves and something entirely new begins to emerge—the body and spirit often need time to recalibrate.

There may be discomfort.
There may be uncertainty.
There may be moments where we feel suspended between two versions of ourselves.

This is natural.

The body, the energy field, and even our DNA are realigning to a new design.

There is often an adjustment period while the system reorganizes itself into a more harmonious pattern.
